The underlying defined process is certified according to DIN ISO 9001 in the course of auditing our QM system. From the user's point of view, the product marks a departure from the black box principle–and the beginning of a new transparency. paketto stands for efficient communication between the customer and the responsible technicians at Trans4mation: Both sides are always up-to-date regarding the project's progresses. The customer receives regular status reports and can contact the responsible packager or tester directly, which simplifies troubleshooting.
